MartianCraft has an exciting opportunity for someone that enjoys marketing, branding, communications and overall Public Relations.


MartianCraft is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help grow brand awareness, work in parallel with the Business Development team to expand sales materials and overall communicate the MartianCraft value proposition.

The person in this role will report into the Director of Business Development with a dotted-line to the CEO. They will work closely with the leadership team to advance internal and external communications efforts, including pursuing proactive and reactive press, creating content, leading event outreach, and helping with the coordination, writing and production of associated materials. The role will also be involved in the production of case studies, presentation decks, awards entries and social media posts, in collaboration with the business development team.


  • Help develop and implement Marketing Strategy to build awareness in the market in partnership with business development
  • Build relationships with industry, vertical, and mainstream media
  • Develop key messaging to be dispersed across channels and by leadership team
  • Build and maintain, and advance a calendar of industry awards and events
  • Organize, promote, and represent the MartianCraft at events in partnership with business development
  • Propose and draft thought leadership editorial and presentations with business development
  • Produce content for internal and external and MartianCraft channels
  • Oversee media monitoring and tracking
  • Regularly update MartianCraft's website with news, events, and press announcements
  • Draft recap reports on marketing and communications activity


  • Knowledge and network within the marketing community
  • 2+ years experience in Public Relations, marketing or business development
  • Able to work remotely in a professional, fast-paced environment and be willing to deal with shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills – must be a solid writer and presenter
  • Proficient in G Suite and/or KeyNote
